Course description
In this course we will be learning about how to manage pain through self-massage. These exercises make you more aware of how you can manage stress and support your body to relax. We will work on stimulating the facial muscles and body through simple massage techniques. such as the forehead smoother to release headache pain. We will also learn about the v techniques to help decrease fine lines around the eyes. These also help to decrease puffiness and dark circles due to the increase in circulation. We will also learn how to use a Gua Sha which helps to tighten and firm skin as well as assist with pain relief and relaxation.
