Course description
Textiles and Fashion: Upcycling is a hands-on course designed to teach participants the skills needed to repurpose old garments and fabrics into new, fashionable pieces. The course covers various upcycling techniques, including altering garments, adding embellishments, and creating accessories from scrap materials. Participants will explore how to give a second life to their clothes and learn more about the environmental benefits of sustainable fashion. By the end of the course, participants will have created unique, upcycled items and gained the confidence to continue their upcycling projects at home. This course is ideal for those who are passionate about sustainability, fashion, and creativity.
